From a small clinic with big dreams to Nairobi's trusted veterinary care provider

2019

The Beginning

PrimeHearts Veterinary Clinic was founded by Dr. Brian Nyongesa and Dr. Brenda Kwamboka with a vision to provide compassionate, advanced veterinary care in Nairobi. Started with a small clinic serving 50+ pets monthly.

2020

Growth & Expansion

Despite pandemic challenges, we expanded our services and implemented strict safety protocols. Added our first mobile veterinary unit and began offering emergency services.

2021

Specialized Services

Introduced advanced surgical services and specialized care departments. Expanded our team to include specialists in orthopedics, dentistry, and internal medicine.

2022

24/7 Emergency Center

Launched round-the-clock emergency and critical care services. Established partnerships with local animal welfare organizations for community outreach programs.

2023

Home Visit Program

Introduced comprehensive home visit services, making veterinary care more accessible. Expanded to serve over 500 pets monthly across Nairobi and surrounding areas.
